"I'm actually proud to announce I'm going to be joining the Loverboy team on a part-time basis to help with the non-alcoholic product," he shared during a panel discussion.

In addition to that news, on Season 8, Episode 3 ofSummer House, Carl gave more details about his career ventures, sharing what he was doing after he initially quit Loverboy and what he's been thinking about in terms of his career goals. Keep scrolling for all the details!

Carl Radke shares new details about his career journey

During the episode, which aired on March 7, Carl caught up withDanielle Oliveraat a beach outing and the two talked about their respective careers."Being away from Loverboy this year for the summer, it's kind of nice to not have that work pressure," he began, adding how he was taking time to "reset a little bit." Carl gave more details in a confessional interview.

"I've been in a transition this last year with my career," Carl shared. "Leaving Loverboy was, I think, the best thing for me, but it did take some time to kinda get myself together and figure out where I'm going next. I'm gifted at sales and building relationships, but I am thinking there's a chance for me to go a different direction. I've got a few things in the fire but I don't wanna rush into that next step."

More of Carl Radke's career journey, including hiring a "career coach"

During a confessional interview, Carl's fiancé at the time,Lindsay Hubbard, shared how Carl was navigating his career journey after quitting Loverboy, including talk of starting a podcast and becoming a "motivational speaker."

Lindsay also revealed that Carl hired a "career coach" for "six months" for $20,000, to help him along his path of figuring out what is exactly right for him.

Later during the episode, during a conversation with Lindsay, Carl noted he was interested in opening up a "non-alcoholic/sober sports bar." Though Lindsay was hesitant about opening a "brick and mortar" space, Carl noted how there were "a lot of interesting things in that world" to consider.

Carl Radke's speaking engagement at East Carolina University

It looks like Carl has been exploring some motivational speaking work as of late, as he recently stopped by East Carolina University located in Greenville, North Carolina, to speak with students about having a responsible spring break.

"East Carolina University asked me to come speak to their students that are about to head off to Spring Break to offer some tips on safe and healthy spring breaking," Carl captioned a February 27 Instagram post. "Was a very powerful Monday with the [ECU Campus Rec & Wellness]team! Met so many incredible undergrads and graduate students who came out to learn more about my story and how important it is we talk about our mental health, sobriety, and addiction even if it’s not for ourselves but our friends or loved ones."

He concluded his post: "ECU is leading the way by creating supportive and safe spaces for students. I love what they are doing with these types of programs[.] Pirate Nation, I’m so grateful for the opportunity! Maybe a return trip this fall for football season."
