Samsung Unveils Revolutionary Tri-Fold Phone at APEC Summit
Samsung has unveiled its latest innovation in smartphone technology at the APEC CEO Summit in South Korea. The Korean publication Dailian reports that the new phone, a tri-fold design, will be available for consumers in November or December. The tri-fold phone, currently unnamed, is a prototype with a unique folding mechanism. Unlike the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, which fold in half along one hinge, Samsung's new device folds in two places, resulting in a compact form factor. When unfolded, it boasts a 10-inch screen, comparable to a tablet, while folded, it reduces to a 6.5-inch outer screen, similar to a typical smartphone.
